Coaches & athletic directors

Every KHSAA school has one school reporting code on this board. Anyone with it posts for that school instantly — no account, no app, no approval wait. The athletic director holds it and shares it with head coaches and stat staff.

What the code does

Scores post the moment you enter them — live or final, any sport — from the game page or Report a score.
Wrestling: bout-by-bout entry, with the team score computed; tournament results for invitationals, region and state.
Your score is final. Fan reports, news-feed matches and Instagram reporters never overwrite a school-code score.
Roster and schedule upload — paste from MaxPreps, a program or a spreadsheet, check it, save. From the "Update the roster or schedule" link on your team page.

Keep it in the program

One code per school, shared by the AD with coaches and staff. If it leaks, ask and we'll issue a new one. The code does not give access to any athlete's recruiting profile — only a parent can open those.

Use your school email: requests from a school address are answered immediately, with your athletic director copied. Requests from a personal address go to the athletic director's email on file instead, usually within a day.

Parents: recruiting profiles are unlocked on the Parents page, not with a school code. Fans and media: follow @dr.jason.hunt on Instagram and DM SCORES for a reporter code — after a couple of confirmed scores, yours post instantly too. College recruiters: request recruiter access.
