For reporters who cover games

If you post live updates from Kentucky high school games — on X, Instagram, a paper, radio or a site — you can get a media code. With it, your updates go on the statewide board instantly, in-game and final, credited to you and your outlet on the game page. No login, no app: the same Report-a-score page everyone uses, plus your code.

  • Live: enter the score, pick Live and the quarter/half/period. Post as often as you like — each update replaces the last.
  • Final: pick Final. Only the school's own code can overrule you.
  • Your handle links from the game page, so fans who want the play-by-play follow you.

We check that the account is a working sports reporter before issuing a code. A code is personal and for the season; finals that contradict the school's are counted against it.

Request a media code

Reporters, broadcasters and photographers — a media code lets you post scores, stats and links to your galleries straight to the board, credited to you.
