Invite parents to unlock profiles

Each parent gets an email with a private link that opens the unlock flow with their athlete already chosen and the Instagram step done. They verify their email, sign the consent and build the profile — about five minutes. Only a parent or guardian can complete it; the link works for 30 days. Pendleton County is notified when a profile goes live and can take it down.
